Shipping Policy-UPS

The processing of orders will take approximately between 2 and 4 working days for original works and 10 days for Limited Editions. Packages are exclusively shipped via UPS and transit times depend on the selected shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the final destination. You can see the shipping cost on the confirmation page of your order.

All packages are insured by UPS for their full retail value; however, once the package has been delivered, GaleriaDuvan.com and UPS are no longer responsible for providing insurance for the package.

For international shipping destinations, please note that additional time will be required to process and ship international orders and that additional duties and taxes associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is not accepted and returned to GaleriaDuvan.com, the amount collected from the sale will be refunded less shipping costs.
