Ralf Langenhorst - "Found Pieces"

My "found objects" are works that, not assigned to any series, stand out on their own and should transcend the observer. Here you will find works with my favorite style: minimalism and careful composition.

It's often everyday objects that challenge me. That, despite all the banality they contain, I would like to enhance aesthetically in my works, with a strong emotional stylization. I would like to highlight the "Still Dreaming" image from 2016.

In terms of design, the lighting environment and the spatial effect help me as composition tools. It is a powerful driving force to always use and develop my abilities in this regard: "Seeing" lights, controlling spatial depth, promoting or suppressing them.
