Transformations

Since April 2016, starting with a photographic excursion to Prague, I have been working on this series, this project. Experimental urban night shots are created from the lights and illuminations of urban landscapes, spaces, and shapes.

With movement patterns that I choose based on object and location, I dissolve existing spaces, shapes, and views. New forms, new spaces, compositions emerge. Occasionally something remains identifiable, sometimes just on clues. On another occasion an abstract work is created.

With all this I want to attract the viewer to follow their thoughts, illusions and emotions. The images should invite you to discover and interpret.
